NEX Simplex Panel

The NEX Series™ panel is designed to control one single phase pump in water and wastewater applications. Two control switches activate a power relay to turn the pump on and off. If an alarm condition occurs, an additional alarm switch activates the audible/visual alarm system. The compact design (8 x 6 x 4”) is ideal for residential applications. Universal pump voltage and control/alarm power allow the NEX Series™ panel to handle three voltages (120/208/240V). The innovative internal design of components and integral mounting tabs make installation quick and simple.

PANEL COMPONENTS

• Enclosure measures 8 x 6 x 4 inches (20.32 X 15.24 X 10.16 cm) NEMA 4X (ultraviolet stabilized thermoplastic). 
• Padlockable latch. 
• ntegral Mounting Feet for indoor or outdoor use. 
• Power Relay controls pump by switching electrical lines. 
• HOA Switch for manual pump control. 
• Green Pump Run Indicator Light. 
• Field Wiring Terminal Blocks. 
• Control/Alarm Fuses. 
• Control/Alarm Power Indicator. 
• Ground Lug 
• Circuit Breaker provides pump disconnect and branch circuit protection. 
• Float Status Indicator Lights (Stop and Start Float Status). 

STANDARD ALARM PACKAGE

• Red Alarm Beacon provides 360° visual check of alarm condition. 
• Alarm Horn provides audible warning of alarm condition (85 to 90 decibel rating). 
• Exterior Alarm Test/Silence Push Button Switch allows horn and light to be tested and horn to be silenced in an alarm condition. Alarm automatically resets once alarm condition has been cleared. 
• Auxiliary Alarm Contacts (Form C) are provided for signaling an external device.
